Well, it’s about time for a new blog entry!

I’ve been quiet here for a month since I wasn’t able to work on my game project, Teleny, thanks to yet another bout of lung trouble. Unfortunately, this seems to have become a recurring issue, and I'm now seeing doctors in the hope of eventually breathing more freely. But the good news is that I’m feeling okay again, which means I’ve finally been able to get back to writing Chapter 2 of Teleny.

Of course, the moment I start writing again, that familiar wall of writer’s block makes itself known. In Chapter 1, I introduced a whole cast of characters, and now I want to do each of them justice—giving them some kind of arc, even if it’s just a small one for some. It’s a bit overwhelming, but I’m determined to bring these characters to life in a way that feels true to their stories.

While I was out of order, I did manage to work on a few fanart pieces for followers and took on some commissions whenever I felt up to it (often while propped up in bed!). These are scheduled to post every Monday until September. I know there are so many wonderful people here who deserve a drawing, and I’m genuinely sorry I couldn’t create something for everyone. Please don’t feel sad if I haven’t had the chance to include you just yet! This probably won’t be my last creative burst to take a break from Victorian England and the color palette I’ve set for Teleny.
